Posh advises on DIETING ;)

Posh's Diet
• Breakfast - wheatgrass shot, fruit
• Snack - Edamame beans, berries
• Lunch - Steamed fish with broccoli or big salads
• Snack - Prawns
• Dinner - Grilled fish with carrots, plus two litres of water a day
